As Bruce mentioned, use the freebie app from Airwave and it works well. Plug
in the floor plan that the architect gave you and it should be pretty dang
close.

I know the best advice is to survey, but I know for new construction projects
that is not possible. We used to use the VisualRF component of Airwave. We now
use Ekahau to simulate and plan out deployments. It is always good to survey
and adjust afterwards to verify your planning.

The first suggestion that comes to mind is to watch your corners to insure they
are filled out and don't have "corner office syndrome". Standing in the corner
of the corner cubical you should see your 5GHz in the negative upper 60's in
dBm. People debate that but -65 to -62 is should get you
Survey!
There is no getting around surveying in my humble opinion. Create a plan for
coverage, then modify it for capacity ( if needed ).
