RADIUS Accounting Interval

We had our Aruba controllers configured for 1 hour last semester and it brought our servers down a couple of times. We stretched it out to 8 hours this semester and everything is running a-ok so far (even after adding 6000 new res hall users!). This interval doesn't break our user lookup tools
