We have a separate guess wifi network outside our firewall. Its an open
network so anyone can connect to it. They just need to accept our AUP every 8
hours.

We use this tool as well. Works great. Helps us identify why accounts are
locked or users can't log in.
We use both LDAP AD for authentication, depending on the service.
We added a note that when users click the change password link, that it pops up
tell them to ensure that they have closed

We have a similar set-up. We have 2 SSID's being broadcasted. One is for guests
- treated as if they're coming from an off-campus connection and one that is
secure using WPA2 Enterprise which authenticates against our LDAP giving campus
access.

We've worked with our cellular carriers by having their contractors come on
site and survey the building(s) in question. Based on the results, antenna's
and repeaters were installed to provide coverage.
