AirMagnet's Enterprise Analyzer can in fact disable switch ports (http://www.networkcomputing.com/showitem.jhtml?articleID=164302965&pgno=4) . I'm not sure how significantly the Aruba version changes things, but you should be able to ask your AirMagnet sales person.
