Because of the amount of errors and one
way transmission I would guess there is a duplex mismatch. Try hard setting
both ends of the link to 10mb half duplex to begin with. If this works try hard
setting both ends to 100mb full-duplex.

I got the same one email. I also get hit with cold calls for people
wanting to fix my radios. I don't know if they are the same company, or
a different scam. The call center making the calls doesn't seem to know
much, but they REALLY want you to send them broken radios.
Them: Do you have any
Anyone else getting screwed around by them? If their being stupid maybe
they need to be avoided.

We ordered some antennas that did not work out for us from Hyperlink. We
asked if we could pay a restocking fee and return them. They were very
evasive, just as outlined in the DSL Reports remarks. They eventually
said they would allow a return but only for credit for future purchases.
I buy my grid antennas from them. I also have quite a few of their amps
Never had a problem. My sales guy is Neil.
I know nothing about their e-store, as I call and speak to a live person
at Hyperlink when I want things.
But, I do this with all my suppliers.
We have a long
I also get their SPAMs. It would be nice to know if they are legit or not,
as repair shops are needed in this industry. But I also got the same feeling
that they weren't legit. Anytime the repair shop keeps the parts, there is
really no way to control honesty in the deal.
This is how I picture them. They started as an Alvarian shop. They
learned how to fix them, had the idea I'll fix others. I believe this
because there spam used to say only alvarian. I think they have an
alvarian network and figured anyone who wanted radios fixed, would send
them in, they
Great feedback John. I always wonder about these other people (posts on
dsl reports), but I know you're honest and I believe you. I have
ordered from them 3 or 4 times and all went well, but I also never got
that warm fuzzy felling from them. I will stay away forever now.
I have been purchasing from Hyperlink for over 6 years. At one time, we
were buying $50,000 per year in equipment from them. I have never had a
problem, and in fact just placed an order with them today.

I am not trying to start any vendor problems here. I was simply sharing
my personal experience. Maybe someone there just did not like my
purchasing guy. I don't know. I do know that I have never been
blacklisted by anyone else in my 40 years on earth. I guess since this
was our first buying
