Not really sure of the question. The rates below are what our WISP gets. There is no benefit to being an ILEC or CLEC as far as I know. Our ILEC buys bandwidth from our WISP. Trunks for regular telephone calls are not charged for by anyone as it is all settled by minutes of use. -
