OK, after reading a bunch of responses, let's try again. I am looking for a low-cost, like sub $200 computer that will run off 12VDC directly and will run Windows. It needs a PCI slot or at least 3 mPCI slots. I have a PCI to mPCI adapter so I can put radio cards in a machine with just PCI
