David, Are you sure that is the final bill? Reason I ask, one of the line items I have been watching is the FEMA money to build or modify fire stations. In a meeting I had with FEMA last night, they advised the amount had been cut to 210 million, yet the link you show has it at 500 million.

Back a number of years go, we used Cisco routers with EM cards to link a bunch of remote base stations back to a major dispatch center. Across about 9 states in fact, for an air ambulance service. Fairly simple, we spent a day in the Cisco Lab at St Louis showing cisco what we wanted to do.
