In North America I believe it is not to exceed an EIRP of 4Watts or +36dBm
for 2.4GHz multipoint systems. Point-to-point systems for 2.4 = 2400-2483.5
MHz 83.5 MHz with 200 Watt of TX if the 3:1 rules are followed. You can
start at 36 db and the ratio is tx:antenna gain. I will email you a path
calc that I got from a vendor off list that does the ratio for you. Hope it
helps.
