According to http://www.towercoverage.com/En-US/Index/Northamericamap there are 
a few WISPs surrounding that area.  If you enter an EUS for the site they will 
get link path profiles generated for their towers to see if any are in range.

Keep in mind that only the WISPs using the site that elect to show their maps 
public will get contacted.  If they don’t check the box to show the multi-map 
to the public, it doesn’t calculate paths to their towers.
