I share my agreements to WISPA members. They are for placement on water towers, grain legs, etc. We also have a subscriber agreement that others have used as an example. I do not warranty them as being usable but you can use them as you see fit. We suggest you take any agreement to an attorney for consideration before using. I have spent a few thousand dollars in legal fees making lease agreements for leasing transmission space on existing towers, water towers, grain legs, rooftops, etc. My agreements were done professionally and I have several in use.
