Hi,

We have been providing a sort of "profit sharing" for our wireless installers for the past three years. The group gets paid an extra $35 per install and then it's divided at the end of the month by the number of installers. This works great for when an installer drops a laptop or drill off a roof, as it just comes out of the total before being divided.

However, the original intent was to help motivate the installers to get more done each day... but that is no longer the case. How is everyone else handling this type of motivation? And people using subcontract installers need not reply. ;)
