Hi,
We have been providing a sort of "profit sharing" for our wireless
installers for the past three years. The group gets paid an extra $35
per install and then it's divided at the end of the month by the number
of installers. This works great for when an installer drops a laptop or
drill off a roof, as it just comes out of the total before being divided.
However, the original intent was to help motivate the installers to get
more done each day... but that is no longer the case. How is everyone
else handling this type of motivation? And people using subcontract
installers need not reply. ;)
