I've got a unit from EC, made by Inscape Data.
Hit me off list if you'd like the ip addy so you can view it.
Ethernet, wifi, motion sensor, external inputs and outputs. Very cool
stuff. They run about $500. You can add outdoor enclosures and ptz if you
want as well.
