I think a lot of people use MT for that. It's a bit more work to set up but has not long term 3rd party costs. Teletronics used to have a drop in box but they wanted something like 60 or 80% of the revenue for billing people for you. We have an MT system set up for some of the dirt bike races

I am currently using an ip3, which is now out of business, but it will do all of that. Nomadix has a box, as they are the ones who shut down ip3. Also there are some software solutions,wifigator,firstspot just to name a few. HP/Colubris has a controller that you can use. Thing to look at is how

Should have given you more info sorry - RB493AH with case and power supply. Should do whatever you need with ease. If you need radius for authentication etc you have to have a radius server and you can make website for taking payment etc... Also need merchant account to handle money.
