To everyone,

I have successfully negotiated a lower rate of $79/room at the Renaissance
Hotel near the St. Louis Airport. This rate will include free
parking (normally $10/night, free Internet in rooms (Ethernet Jacks) and
free Airport Shuttle service. The Exhibition Hall and Meeting Room space is
tremendous and is approximately 6x the size we had at the Holiday Inn. I am
going back to the hotel tonight and will sign the contract in the morning.
They will be giving us a registration page and discount code as their normal
room rates are $149. I will update everyone as soon as I have the discount
code to register.

I appreciate everyone's patience as this has taken almost 4 days to
complete.

The Holiday Inn would prefer that you call in to cancel your reservations
ASAP, so they can release the rooms to their staff to fill with new
reservations. They promised to be very cooperative. Please make sure you
ask for a cancellation confirmation number just in case. The
reservation/cancellation number is 1.314.427.4700

This meeting is going to be a great time, value and educational seminar that
I wish all of our members could attend. I look forward to seeing old
friends and meeting new ones. We are also able to open up the exhibition
hall for new vendor booths and tabletop reservations. Contact me if you are
interested.

My time to respond is difficult right now as I am in a non-verizon area. I
will be returning to St. Louis tonight and then leaving in the morning for
my trip back to Indiana. If you have questions, it is probably better to
give me a call in the meantime.

Thanks,

We are looking for some local people to work with in St. Louis.
Preferably, it would be an existing WISP, but local contractors would be
acceptable as well. Let me know if anyone is in that area.
