Hi, We tried to use the same contract that we got from a tower owner that uses it with Verizon, AT&T and Nextel for a city water tower we wanted on. Just for general information and consideration, from the renter standpoint, this is nice - exclusive, and no annual bump in the rent. >From the landlord perspective, I would never agree to no bump and an exclusive - unless of course the rate was such that I could not say no.
