Imagine a hacker type that could just drive downtown Tokyo and charge everyones cell phone at the same time. I bet they could rack up so much money, they couldn't move it fast enough. As Dawn mentioned, this has been big in Japan for a while, and AFAIK nothing like this has happened yet. Usually, you do have to confirm (via pressing buttons on your phone) that you want to buy something from that Coke machine or whatever.
