Huawei is now a technology leader Yes, Olufemi, that is true. While most of the world knows it very well, but folks in the USA have a very hard time accepting this fact. Huawei is the largest supplier of CO Switches/ Telecom Equipment in the world. Being a Chinese company they have the mfg. advantage, and also because the rest of the world cannot pay the high prices of similar equipment made by USA Companies. Optics are all tune-able, by design...
