Use a payroll processing service like Paychex or ADP. The little
money they charge for this is well worth it. In our first company, we
used to do this on our own and it was a ton of work. We now use
Paychex, just call in our employee hours and everything is done for

own nothing, so NO risk! Furthermore, I hear that the corporate veil
can be pierced if you do the work. Its just disheartening how much

picture. You have earnings and you will continue to earn money in the
future. If you are found liable for a tort or even for a breach of contract
as a sole proprietor, not only can the court order you to turn over
