There will be NO FIX for the levees being breached or broken unfortunately - but they will make a last ditch effort. Regardless of what the MEDIA is saying - and being told - New Orleans is experiencing the Fish Bowl effect that everyone hoped wouldn't happen - The Dodged the bullet was a false statement and anyone who has absolutely any clue realizes just how tragic this will end up being In the long run. Who cares what they "say"? I'm wondering if there's some way we c ould get FEMA to fund a group of us going down there and basically putting in an infrastructure so that communication is possible.
