I did.
With the change in place, I performed a quick check with PerfView. With the 1M
packet test file, TRANSUM now consumes the same amount of CPU as the TCP

I've managed to improve the performance of TRANSUM with a couple of minor
changes to the dissector code. Using a 1M packet test file I've reduced load
time from 159 seconds

I think the concern is that, using the same pcapng file, there is a big
difference in the load time between Wireshark 2.2 with the old TribeLab
transum.dll and Wireshark 2.4.

I think we may need to be a bit more debugging first before we change the code.
I originally just had an indexed array for the rrpd_list in the transum
dissector for WS 2.2.
