(Same behavior in 3.0.6 on Windows before upgrading to 3.1.1)

Edit Resolved Name (right click IP address or View->Name Resolution).
Clicking "Name Resolution Preferences..." brings up Preferences but goes to
"Filter Buttons" not "Name Resolution".
