Just did it, no effect.
BUT (I don't do it before reporting, my bad) I can run it with sudo successful
(with or without extcap).
So I try to remove package, remove group "wireshark", install package, add

More specifically, the standard that covers the update is IEEE 802.11-2016 and
the details are shown in section 9.4.5.23. The timestamp format is broken down
on Table 9-170 of the same standard
