Frame 4 does not contain a full request line, it contains something like
"GET /head" while frame 5 contains "tail HTTP/1.1\r\n...". Without reading a
full line, Wireshark will not be able to construct an accurate Info column.
Marking this is as working as intended. If you think it should be done
otherwise, please add a comment with some arguments.
