The LUA variable FileHandler.extensions sets finfo.additional_file_extensions,
but does not affect finfo.default_file_extension. This makes it impossible to
control file extension for the output file proposed by the "save as" dialog.
First of the extensions from LUA should be set to default_file_extension, or a
separate LUA variable should be created. Currently the FileHandler.extensions
is meaningless in write-only handlers.
