Nothing in the "NEWS" section of the home page appears to point to
https://www.wireshark.org/news/. I knew there was a page with announcements,
but I could only find it by going to the Wikipedia article on Wireshark,
looking for the reference for the latest release numbers which is the
announcement item for those releases, going to that page, and then removing the
last component of the URL path and hoping it sent me to a page that listed the
announcements.
