Indeed, updating to latest adwaita-qt5 1.1.3-2.fc32 (now it in updates-testing
repo) solve problem.
For anybody facing this on F32(actual on 21.05.20) - just do:
sudo dnf update adwaita-qt5

Just did it, no effect.
BUT (I don't do it before reporting, my bad) I can run it with sudo successful
(with or without extcap).
So I try to remove package, remove group "wireshark", install package, add
