the 0.99.8 Release Notes mentions that The Wireshark GUI now supports
RPCAP but it is disabled by default and it is not enabled in Windows
binary distribution.
Is is a mistake or an intention?
Should now we enable it for 1.0.0?

When I did ./configure -disable-gtk2 -prefix=/../.../exe
Make
Make install.
I could able get the bin,lib,share directories,but not the man directory
in exe directory.
But the executable created in bin is working fine.
So I tried to build an RPM which throws an error as
