Thanks Don. After using the flex (2.5.4) from the GnuWin32, the problem was
solved !
I had to do a 'distclean' too, as it was taking source files generated
earlier. Thanks for the hint, Anders.

Only that instead of getting the source through subversion, I have
downloaded version 1.0.0.0 zipped code.
