Hi, What OS are you using and what version of Wireshark? If you are using Windows you could try out the new 0.99.5Pre1 version which has updated GTK packages which may have fixed the problem already. BR Anders

There is also a problem that if wireshark was maximised when closed, it will remember the dimensions it had when maximised, so when the window is restored it stays large!
