I'm not sure how you got there, but the right place to look for issue 4275 is

Updates do *NOT* occur on the migration-test site - that site was, I assume, 
created as a test site for the process of migrating bugs from Bugzilla to 
GitLab, and is not the "live" site for the Wireshark issue list.

But there are no updates to that.
