Not since the Phil update that there are still issues legal with open
source and in the meantime they are working on adding more stuff.

My memory of Phil's recent statement was that they still intend to
release version 6. The legal issues are that they are replacing licensed
code with open source code and this is taking longer than expected.
They are not adding any new stuff. Phil was also not willing to give us
any idea as to
