The test.bat needs to be updated to remove it's use of tee.exe. Then it should
work. Want to do that and submit a pull request? It's a simple change and a
great way to learn the flow.

I tried running test.bat in the test folder. It gave me the below error. I
have visual studio professional 2010 and 2012. Is that enough to run Microsoft
unit tests?
