Look up WixNetFxExtension in the 3.5 CHM. You'll see all the properties listed. In your case, you probably either want to reference the property "NETFRAMEWORK40FULL", or "NETFRAMEWORK40CLIENT". As for light.exe failing, that's a separate issue from the property reference, and sounds like a bug
