I didn't see it before but FindRelatedProducts: current install is per-user. Related install for product '{C1BAE517-464C-4B99-BE0A-660C8210DE33}' is per-machine. So now my question becomes - Is there a way to perform a major upgrade on an install that was previously per-user to per-machine?
