If you installed the German transform initially with the product as a secure
transform, it is cached with the product and always used by default. You'll
have to uninstall the product and reinstall without the transform.
PatchPackage is a table that patches use. Patches (MSPs) contain transforms,
I have checked that and its correct.

I see that the default UI language of the MSI got changed from English to
German after I have fiddled with the German transforms.Now whenever I run any
of my application MSI which is not embedded with any language transforms, it
gets launched in the German language.The system locale is set to
Check your Product/@Language and Package/@Language (if specified).
