I'm not sure why this happens... but in Wix2.x there is also a scasched.dll which I can not find in the Wix3.x tree. Maybe this is related to the issue that not all files are included in either the binaries and/or the MSI. The source code still exists... http://wix.cvs.sourceforge.net/wix/wix/src/
