I tried to act left win key (between ctrl_l and alt_l) as F12 key.
F12 shows application menu. But it doesn't work. xev showed this key as
keysym F12 when i pressed it. WPrefs worked same way too when i tried
to change shortcut.

I think this idea is very interesting. Vasilis reported that wmaker doesn't
read the system-wide WMGLOBAL configuration file, only the users file.
Probably could be a good idea merge both files. Read the sytem global conf
file, read the user conf file, merge both files and create the final
