[PATCH 1/2] "Other maximization options" -> "Other maximization"

[Doug Torrance]

Renaming the submenu of the window menu that brings up other maximization 
options, e.g., maximize vertically, maximize top half, maximus, etc., so as to 
not stand out as much.  Patch at the suggestion of Christophe Curis.
