Chocolate and Orange Mousse

INGREDIENTS
2 Table Spoons Boiling Water
3 Tea Spoons Powdered Gelatine
2 Table Spoons Cocoa powder, sifted
1 Orange, Juiced and Rind Grated
3/4 Cup low fat plain Yoghurt
200g Light French Vanilla Fruche
1/3 Cup SPLENDA
2 Egg Whites
STEPS

1 can condensed milk [ 14 fl oz ]
