Chocolate and Orange Mousse
(serves 4)
INGREDIENTS
2 Table Spoons Boiling Water
3 Tea Spoons Powdered Gelatine
2 Table Spoons Cocoa powder, sifted
1 Orange, Juiced and Rind Grated
3/4 Cup low fat plain Yoghurt
200g Light French Vanilla Fruche
1/3 Cup SPLENDA
2 Egg Whites
STEPS
1. Place
CHOCOLATE SLICE

1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut
6 oz butter [ 4oz-2 oz ]
2 tablespoons syrup
1 can condensed milk [ 14 fl oz ]
8 oz chocolate pieces.
Sift flour into bowl, add sugar and coconut mix well.
Stir in 4 oz melted
