Mexican Beef Stew
1 1/2 lbs stew meat 1 onion, cut in chunks (size as desired - I left mine pretty big) 2 cans black beans 2 cans Rotel tomatoes 1 can corn 1 pkg Taco Seasoning 1 Tbs flour mixed with water (for thickening) Place ingredients into crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Thicken with flour and water mixture; cook on high for about 15 minutes.
