Works on a Liquid Web dedicated server, but it always takes at least a
couple of tries. The update always fails on the first try and once in
a while on the second try too. After that, works like a charm.

Argh Nevermind. I found it...
It's an incompatible plugin problem. The WP-Amazon plugin works fine
in 2.6.3, I guess something just causes it to break things in 2.7.

Just add caller_get_posts=1 to your custom query, and you won't
autoget the stickies anymore.
caller_get_posts is not documented yet, but essentially it's what
prevents the get_posts() calls from getting sticky posts. It'll work
if you use it directly too.

Are you able to publish normally? As in, WordPress doesn't tell you that you
were trying to edit a deleted post or something like that?
I've been getting these problems ever since I updated to 2.7 beta1.
I think it has issues with posts that has revisions.
Is there any way to delete revisions?
Ahh thanks I updated with the upgrader this morning but it only updated to
9513. I'll upgrade again later.
Thanks.

Michael,
That works fine ... except that it will exclude sticky posts even if a
sticky post matches the parameters in the query_posts arguments, essentially
turning the sticky feature into an exclusionary tool (which is pretty much
the opposite of what it was meant for).
It seems like it would be
Hi,

post and then save it the quick edit vanishes from the actions list. Is that

My latest trunk update lacks the creation form in
/wp-admin/edit-link-categories.php
Firebug gives an error :
document.forms.addcat is undefined
[Break on this error] if ( document.forms['addcat'].category_parent )
So my guess is that it got broken by a recent commit...
