After news about the support ended of XP SP2 (
http://support.microsoft.com/gp/windowsxpsp2) we decide install SP3 all
over around.
There is ( http://wpkg.org/Windows_XP_SP3 ) ready package for SP3 install.
How can I solve this task?

Why WpkgService is in the STARTED state although judging by logs it
successfully finished. Maybe this is controlled by some kind of setting?

I have got profile 7-zip on version 4.65:
a user computer was installed 7-zip 4.57, mannualy, without WPKG.
After work WPKG In reality WPKG execute 7zip install.
