I received the information, that everything works fine with version 1.3.14 and
this version also solves the problem for me.
The service does not crash anymore and logon delay works as expected even with
activated Off

There is maintenance, but this issue is problematic to reproduce (and thus, to
fix).

Ok, i take my part of guilty, version 1.3.9 was out for month and still
i use a mix of 1.2.1 and 1.3.6, but...
A one more note: i've enabled execution on shutdown: AFAI've understood
well, executing on shutdown mean that the service keep running, simply

I've done some more try...
1) supposing could be an 'upgrade' trouble (from 1.2.1 to 1.3.9) i've
deinstalled wpkg client, clean filesystem and regstry (with regcleaner) and
reinstalled it.
