I don't know, I might be mistaken, but given that this is the web
standards
Linux is an operating system so I believe it's the browser you're looking to
test. Although not a Linux user myself my guess is that Konqueror and
Firefox are the top two choices for that OS.
You can download and install Linux using a virtual machine for future
testing. See my notes below...

To solve this problem you may set wmode as opaque for underlying flash and
transparen for flash
menu.
