Funny this should come up as I felt like being fussy a couple of weeks ago. If you happen to be building a site with dotNet (.NET) 2008 you can override the server MIME type inline by adding the following to the @Page directive:
contenttype="application/xhtml+xml" This comes in handy if you have a mobile site living in the same directory as your regular site.
