HTML/CSS Multimedia (Video, Flash, Podcasts, etc) Basics in Programming (PHP/VB, etc) Usability Accessibility Search Engine Optimisation Basics in Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) Introduction to Networks/Hosting environments You could even chuck in some electives of Business subjects.
