The site appears to have been generated from a package or template. I'm
guessing that this was MySource Matrix, but I don't see any info on PayPal
integration on their site. Do you have the original application or
documentation? If so, you might contact them or PayPal.

From what I've always learned, it's best to make the table a bit more
explicit including tbody, tfoot and thead tags. You can also define
colgroups.
What do you mean when you say that Internet Explorer 8 + Jaws doesn't see
your table?

need the following fonts:
arial, helvitica, sans-serif and verdana.
do not have these fonts for windows vista.
think that was the problem, why not saying the name.
can you help?

Adding to what Tim said,
It's possible that you're experiencing problems with Helvetica just because
of a typo (you had written Helvitica). Also, it does not come with Windows
Vista or Microsoft Office.
