[WSG] possible to exclude handheld stylesheet for specific devices?

I want to serve a style sheet for mobile devices and the idea is to support as many devices as possible, however iphone and Andriod are pickup up the style sheet. Hopefully iPad isn't. Is possible to exclude these two devices as I wanted to offer better user experience for the two devices'
