I'm Korean UI developer. 돋움 = Dotum They are same font. One is Korean name, the other one is English name. Dotum is WindowsXP system font for Korean and it looks good at variable font size. That is why many Korean website use the font. Opera web browser support '돋움', but doesn't support 'Dotum'.
